· Liaise with your chosen Funeral Director (if you have one) to ensure everything runs smoothly
· Work with you to create a personalised tribute that reflects the life, loves and beliefs of your loved one
· Help you to choose appropriate music, readings and poetry
· Discuss with you as to whether you'd like a religious-based or non-religious-based service
· Support any family member or friend who would like to make a contribution during the ceremony
· Spend time writing a unique and personal tribute beforehand for your final confirmation. You can make as many changes as you wish until you are entirely comfortable with the content
· Keep in personal contact with you, throughout
· Lead the ceremony we have created together as carried out by your wishes
· Provide you with a complimentary copy of the ceremony as a beautifully presented keepsake
· Initial ‘getting to know you’ face to meeting, telephone or video call, so that I can hear all about the ceremony of your choice, your story as a couple and your hopes and aspirations for your very special day. This will give me all that I need to put together a beautiful, meaningful and memorable day for both of you, your family and friends. This will normally take up to 90 minutes and a follow-up call/video call may be required.
· Support with writing your personal wedding vows if required.
· One to one telephone support for key members of your wedding party. This may include help choosing readings, coaching and rehearsal of speech/reading delivery
· Access to a large library of vows, readings, and poems, with support in sourcing readings etc. Please feel free though, to come up with your own personal suggestions regarding music, readings, poems etc. – these can all be included in your ceremony
· The writing of the ceremony, including the order of service and a first draft copy. Amendments as necessary. This may require several telephone/zoom/video calls or email exchanges.
· Liaison with your venue
· An optional full wedding rehearsal at your venue.
· Delivering the ceremony up to 2 hours at the venue of your choice. An extended ceremony would incur further pre-agreed costs.
· Where required, use of Bluetooth enabled wireless PA system. Helpful for readings and playing your choice of music at outdoor venues or venues with no music delivery system.
· Your personalised wedding vows printed in a beautiful keepsake booklet.
· One printed copy of the ceremony on high-quality paper as a memento of your day.
· Your certificate of wedding ceremony in a keepsake presentation.
· Initial ‘getting to know you’ meeting of around 90 minutes: we can chat about the ceremony of your choice, and I can help you to put this together to become a beautiful, meaningful day for both of you, your family and friends.
· Access to my library of readings and poems. This in no way prevents you from adding your own choices and these will be incorporated into the ceremony.
· Contact via telephone, email or text to all supporting adults to talk them through the ceremony and, where necessary, support them in writing pledges.
· The writing of the ceremony and a first draft copy. Amendments as necessary.
· Delivering the ceremony up to 1 hour, at a venue of your choice
· A printed copy of your ceremony on high quality paper.
· Two formal Naming Ceremony Certificates signed by supporting adults or anybody you identify as having played a significant role in the ceremony.
*Please note: Travel is included, within 30 miles of Plymouth City Centre. Sadly, I have to charge a fee of 30p per mile outside of this travel area.
